    Breastfeeding a Baby with Food Allergies

    Breastfeeding can be very rewarding, but also very challenging, especially when you throw food allergies into the mix! If you're breastfeeding on an exclusion diet (e.g. dairy free), you need to pay attention to what you are eating to ensure you get all the nutrients you and your baby need. Coping with a crying baby can be tiring, so you also need to make sure you rest and get as much support as you can.
    Breastfeeding with food allergies is not always very well understood by the medical community, but I've shared my own experiences and top tips here as well as some of the latest research to encourage and support parents who do want to continue breastfeeding.
