    Reintroducing Allergens

    Reintroducing your child's allergens can open up a whole range of conflicting feelings! One the one hand, it's exciting to think of the foods they might be able to start eating if they have grown out of their allergy. On the other hand, the worry about a possible reaction can be quite nerve-wracking. It can feel like a leap into the unknown! And of course a fail is very disappointing.
    We have succesfully reintroduced 4 out of 6 of my daughter's allergens so far - here are some of our experiences and top tips.
