    Reflux and Colic

Reflux and Colic are symptoms that many babies experience, and that pass naturally as they get older. However for some babies, reflux and colic may be a symptom of a food allergy. Coping with a crying baby can be challenging, so if this is your situation please seek help and support. In some cases, a simple change to your diet (if you're breastfeeding) or your baby's formula, may help them to feel much better!
