Pregnancy and Food Allergies

The exact causes of food allergies in babies are not yet fully understood. However as research becomes available I will share it here. We do know that certain things can affect the risk of food allergies, although there are no guarantees.
If you are pregnant and worried about the risk of food allergies in your baby, please speak to your midwife or doctor.
