Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds/hemp seed powder etc (optional)


  • Add all the ingredients to the food processor.
  • Blend for a minute or two until well combined.
  • Remove the blade from the food processor. Using your hands, press the mixture into small balls, about 2cm diameter.
